Curious to know how you solve the many columns as seen from the 5th photo.
All pilars will obstruct the flying of swiftlets many will bang on it making flying difficult.
Gymsum board can't withstand high humidity and became wet rot.Gymsum board is not designed to be used in high humidity area that is why nobody uses it for kitchen and toilet partitioning.
The design of the far restrict the moneuver of birds.
